Audio synch problem when transcoding

Postby notoriousfab » Tue May 19, 2009 8:33 am

Hello

First of all, I want to say that your software is very good and, it allowed to simply share the videos of my computer to my X360.

But, I got a little problem :
When I had to transcode my videos in order to include subtitles, after a while (+- 50-60 min) of streaming, I got sound synch issues.
I don't know why but, the sound comes +- 0.5 seconds earlier befor the scene. And, this gap is always increasing.
After 90-100 min, it comes almost 1 sec earlier.

I tried to change the encoding parameters (for audio and video) but, I can't resolve the problem.

I have a C2D E4300 @ 3 Ghz and, i don't was connected by Wifi but with a RJ45 cable.
So , I don't think the bandwith is the problem.

So, I hope someone can help me.

Thanks

Notoriousfab

P.S.:
Sorry if my english isn't very well

seems it's a common problem with xbox transcoding (other users have reported the same)
need to make some tests about wmv transcoding first
