CoreAVC Laggs video

Postby jebise101 » Sun May 10, 2009 10:04 pm

I have installed AVIsynth 2.8.5 or whatever is the latest and applied the vsfilter in the plugin folder. I then went into ffdshow to disable h264. Then i installed CoreAVC 1.9.5 Pro. and went to play the same mkv that i first tried with default configuration but this time noticed lag in the video. I also did not notice any cpu decrease. Maybe i'm selecting the wrong encode type on the ps3? Asumming it the one that says AVIsynth/MEncode?

Also since i have CoreAVC installed should it take over all h264 content when it being played through lets say WMP11, tversity etc?? which it's doing and i have no problem because it suppose to be better.

I'm good with computers but can't figure this application out as there are so many features and not enough documentation and trial and error is to time consuming

yeah i checked again if i play the mkv on my pc using WMP11 i get the green coreavc icon, but when i select the mkv on the ps3 (AVIsynth/MEncode) it starts to play and it laggs and i don't get any coreavc icon, so maybe i set somthing wrong? could it be avisynth 2.8.0?
