I think it should be possible to use thumbnails rather than basic folder for imdb items though

What do you mean with thumbnails ? U mean that info can be on a "non folder' item ? If so, I try that and its very annoying to have that 9:59:59 and video type tag([MPEG-2])...it gets in the way of reading the text. Is it possible to change the icon of a folder ?

For 330 though howcome the jar file is like 9mb but the installed one is like 16mb?

My compiler uses different compression...thats why its smaller.

Its the same I think. You'll have to ask shagrath what the difference is.

one question: since I changed the pms.jar I have in my status a yellow triangle and the text is: another media renderer other than the PS3 has been detected....

everything works fine so far, just why is this note?

This is weird. It means that PS3MS doesnt detect ps3 at all...did u try to reset the ps3? You can also try to put the IP of the ps3 in "Use an IP Filter" field in General Configuration tab...assuming u dont use other media renderers...
