1) There is an Updateu to TvMobili. Make sure you have version 2.1.0.4303 running. If so, just go to the "status tab" and change it to a new option called "vizio client mpeg", instead of just "visio client".

2) If you don't have version 2.1.0.4303, go to settings, then SYNCHRONISE, and it will update you. Then follow step 1 above.

Please report back...

Just installed version 2.1.0.4303 and vizio client mpeg is not an option, only visio-client. Any idea why?

I was just curious why Jackie1 said that there is a new client yet it is not available on the new buil. Do you need to install a previous version and then synchronize?

He isn't on the wrong site! This forum is titled "Alternative media Renderers".

Yes, well, did you try the normal "vizio client" yet? What I've found is, as long as you delete the history within the tvmobili app, the movies will play find that first time you stream etc,. It works great for me on all mkv, mp4, 1080p. Ps3 media server won't do it.

@Ranger187, the posts do appear to be within context given Jackie1's posts. As for the FW version of Visio TVs and upgrading them, those are indeed outside the scope of this forum.
I provide NO application support via PM or email, so please post your question to the forum per the Forum Rules.

We are making progress at UMS's site. It seems PMS has stopped production.
