Thanks. This should be fixed in 2.0.0-rc3.

Sorry, I went through the troubleshooting steps and still no luck. I have deleted the rc1 and placed the rc3 into the plugin directory and here are the various files:

http://pastebin.com/KRZtVCCJ Debug.log
http://pastebin.com/bzZBwjWL pms.config
http://pastebin.com/GPL21xeM web.config
http://pastebin.com/fDZirVWt pmsencoder.log
http://pastebin.com/UVz3rbyW fulldebugnotrace.log
full debug: http://pastebin.com/QTKH8URh (trace)

I tried going through them myself to see if I could spot any error occurring but I'm retarded. I figure I should ask if it makes any difference if this will only work on playstation as opposed to xbox but whenever I press play (a button -> play on the onscreen menu) on the xbox controller nothing happens. I couldn't find the action registering at all in the logs either that I've just posted above.

Thanks for your time again in helping me, I know you don't have to.

right, sorry about that. I changed the logback to trace and then clicked the debug.log from the pms gui this time and have pasted that. Hopefully I did that right this time. sorry about the problems.

Again sorry, forgot to overwrite the previous logback.

Here is the actual full debug: http://pastebin.com/QTKH8URh (trace)

1) Try disabling the XBMC plugin (e.g. move it out of the plugins directory).
2) Post your XBOX360.conf.

Thanks for the quick responses; I tried removing the xbmc plugin but no luck. Heres the new debug and the xbox360 config file.

What happens if you disable PMSEncoder and try to play videos with the FFmpeg Web Video engine (you'll need to move it to the top of Transcoding Settings -> Web Video Streaming Engines, then press save and restart PMS)?

You can also try installing VLC and using the VLC Web Video engine.

You'll need to test them with a video from the feeds for TED or The Onion.
