PS3 Mavericks

Postby tag80 » Wed Oct 23, 2013 12:28 pm

Hi,

PS3 Media Server is no longer working since upgrading to Mavericks, apples new OS. Do you have any way to fix this? Will there be a update that is working with this OS?

Many Thanks,

What is not working?
If you always wanted to have your most recent videos at the top of the folder in the ps3 or wished you could group all videos with the same genre in one folder, have a look at pms-mlx

The whole program. I click on PS3 Media sever icon and it loads in the bottom bar for a few seconds and then disappears. The main screen doesn't show or anything.

1.90.1 is opening fine here. Have you tried re-installing PS3MS?

Just reinstalled the PS3MS software...still same issue. Java had to update when the new OS was installed, could it have something to do with that?

Mine seems to work a little crazy. Sometimes the server becomes unavailable, sometimes audio and video don't sync, and most of the times the stream becomes unstable. I've tried uninstall and reinstall, but after the OSX Maverick update the PMS never been the same as before. It behaves like the wifi network was the problem, but all the other applications works fine. Any ideas?

I hope Raptor399, our main OSX developer, can shed some light on this when he's back from holiday.
