It's not a bug. It behaves exactly as documented:

You are right. My fault.
But I am sure that in configs or directly written by Shagrath on forums, there was info that if MediaInfo=true, it is ignored, like this example:

# MuxDTSToMpeg: Set to "true" if the media renderer supports DTS in a MPEG
# file. Ignored if MediaInfo = true.
MuxDTSToMpeg = false

I should check new confs or code before posting but I was sure it is like above 8-)
