Yes, I tried braviahx.conf and is better, it work great with mpg,mp4,wmv,avi but for the .flv and .ts is the same like braviaex.conf work slowly with dot and no sound.

could you try upgrading mencoder download this

http://www.spirton.com/mplayer-mencoder-subjunk-build/

and extract to a folder then copy and replace with the files in "c:\program files (x86)\ps3 media server\win32"

if you still have problem try playing a few of the problem files and provide the debug.log file so we can take a look at.

mazey, I tried the new mplayer and the .flv files work. But when I navigate, I don't see the .avi files, juste MP4,WMV,FLV etc

I found in the forum, your script (viewtopic.php?f=6&t=16004&p=76229&hilit=ex620#p76229) for my TV and it work very great! All video now work and I see all.

I have juste a little problem, I execute PS3MS on P4 3.4g PC and when I read with my TV, PS3 or Xbox .ts file or video with hight resolution, the video lag. the PC cpu is in top!

When I use Windows Media Player (media server) I don't have this problem, all .ts or MP4 HD files work wonderful!

Have you a other suggestion?

ohh i forgot about that post, im glad it works well. the reason ure cpu load is high is because its being transcoded, im not sure if .ts is natively supported wheneven i tried to force it i just got a black screen and no sound so its probably not. so it needs to be converted to mpeg2 thats why the cpu load is high. as for the lag you can try reducing the mpeg2 quality settings in transcode common settings to a lower setting.

DEVS: plz update windows mencoder as it has fixed 3 issues this week so far with people and less issues means more happy people.

About .ts file, on the PS3MS you can put a extention file you desire to not trenscoding, I tried it but not working, I see black screen and no sound.
Anyway for now when I will played the high resolution files, I will take Windows Media Player and for all other PS3MS.

A big thanks mazey for your help.

Sorry for my English ;-)

I have lots of music in flac format. Is it possible to stream them with 46hx755 somehow? I am using Ubuntu Server.
