mkv studdering issue reproduced

I had an issue with studdering MKV playback after i setup a new system with pms-1.72.0.

After running through various config changes (setting bandwidth limits, specifying max buffer), I simply tried the previous version 1.70.0 and the studdering stopped instantly.

I tried this on another host and found the same results. 1.72 would studder mkvs and the 1.70 would not.

I used the same config in all attempts:

I ran a diff on the 2 PS3.conf files in each versions renderers dir and there were no differences other than commented items.

Is there something fundamental I am missing from the 1.72 setup to support better mkv playback?
