For help and support with PS3 Media Server in general
The ISP didn't know that password and therefore couldn't give it to me. I will now try to get the router replaced someway...

A bit old but let me update:
the problem was resolved when my ISP provide a firmware update to the modem/router.
The problem was that that specific firmware version had a bug that did not allow multicast packets between wired and wireless interfaces. (my PS3 is cable connected and the PC is wireless connected).
When they updated it, PS3MS started working.

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!!!! DISABLE IGMP PROXY IN YOUR ROUTER SETTINGS!
