Also what do you mean with "it doesn't work"? It is out of sync from beginning of by time or?

Yea, it's out of sync as soon as the video started. too me, it seem like it slow down the movie frame while the audio is playing normally.

If audio is out of sync immediately from beginning, post also advanced output from MediaInfo if any audio delay is present.
Of yes, do you have "alternate A/V sync" enabled? And what about remuxing AC3 audio instead of transcoding it?
Check the setting or post also PMS.conf file!

All of those are enabled and still out of sync, I have no idea about remuxing. Unless you're referring to LPCM for audio which is enabled. Btw, Txmuxing works find, FFmpeg works fine, just no subs.

I said PMS.conf, not PS3.conf
Anyway if your file has audio delay, you need to disable/uncheck "A/V sync alternative method" and also it is good to untick "force framerate parsed from FFMPEG".
Also I recommend to have "Keep AC3 track" ticked so AC3 audio is not reencoded. When "A/V sync alt. method" is ticked, MEncoder uses "-mc 0 -noskip" params which ignores audio delay.
Now checked your log and see your audio is AAC and not AC3...MEncoder has a poor AAC support and many people complain with AAC unsynced audio and other problems...I am using only AC3 or DTS so don't have experience with AAC.
Also I can't see 30.333fps custom parameter is used. Log still says 23.976 and also it says tsMuxeR is used again.
In log I can see audio and video is separated by MEncoder to separate streams which are muxed with tsMuxeR together which is done when [txMuxeR] engine is used.
Did you played "[MEncoder] MovieName.mkv" from #TRANSCODE# folder????

You should use "," instead of "."

Debug.log says 23.976fps is used. As I said, change it to ":: -fps 300/9 -ofps 300/9" because I am not sure "null" is accepted.
With this settings all videos should use this settings because we removed "IF framerate is NULL" part.
Anyway I don't get it...in log there is again tsMuxeR used so played file is not MPEG-PS file (.mpg) but MPEG-TS (.ts).
Can you play this file with subs? If you will see them on TV we can be sure TRANSCODING is used. Post debug.log then.

Hm... I did play the file using Transcode> Video name with (Mencoder) at the end. I don't know why it still showing Tsmuxer, I'm going to disable those and play it again.

Update 2: Here's what I did, In Transcoding setting, Keep AC-3 is ticked, I disable FFmpeg and tsMuxer. In MEncoder, Under Video/Audio, everything is unticked but Use multiple CPU. In Expert setting I put in the code as you said. I play video in TRANSCODE> Video name with (Mencoder) at the end. I can see sup, still out of sync. Debug log is below.

Your updated one is correct, same as I posted it in my posts
First two are wrong.
Please post debug.log with this settings and also play file starting with [MEncoder] as I requested. Not with it at the end!

Great, first time only MEncoder is used...but I was wrong in last posts... 300/9 is 33.3fps and not 30.333 so 30000/1001 is more similar with your 30.303fps.
So use 30000/1001 instead of 300/9

As you can see, now you played correct file in TRANSCODE folder so params are used and no tsMuxeR is used.
