Windows 2008R2 Server shutdown when playing videos

Hello world, let me share the setup:

Windows Server 2008R2 x64
2GB RAM
CPU Athlon 64 X2 @ 2.10Ghz

The videos are stored on an external 1TB WD drive connected via USB (on the back of teh server)

The server and the PS3 are connected via UTP cable with a router on the middle

Sometime, and at random times... when I start a video, the server simply shutdown... I tried teh same video, from the same drive but from anothe computer (a windows 7 netbook with less CPU) and all works OK so I come upo to think that is or something with the server´s hardware or with windows 2008r2

Any idea?

Let me add that the same happened loading stuff from the HDD so I can tale the external HDD fromthe equation...

Darn!!.. Re installed the server but put windows 7 x64 ultimate... everything was working fine and put a movie... and around 20 minutes in the movie... the server shut down again!... well... All I can say now is that the hardware is failing I suppoded :s

I will check more and let you guys know.
