file count

hi all what a great server this is but i am slightly confused

when you press the triangle on a folder you have shared and from list goto information just gives the folder name and date created the files line is blank also the size of the folder
is it just me hope you understand what i mean and could help me

I don't know if the count works for media servers, maybe only for local media. Do other media server programs display the number of files?

thank you for your reply i tried a external hard drive and file count works on that i used wmp12 before i found pms but no file cpint on that so i guess media servers do not include a file count
