PS3 MS to Sony EX650

I managed to play some movies but it stutters a lot and after some time I get this message: Cannot access the server. Please check the server settings.
before I found about this media server I used Serviio. everything is smooth and movies played great (forwarding and rewinding is fast and responsive), but that server doesnt play subtitles so its practitaly unusable for me.

TV is connected to the router via LAN cable.

just replace the text in braviaex.conf with that.

same old, same old. I just played Only fools and horses episode, which is in low res, but it stopped after 2min (Cannot access the server).
is it possible that Serviio's got something to do with it? I removed it from startup (msconfig) and clicked on the 'stop Serviio service' icon. for some reason it always stays enabled when I'm lookin on servers on my TV.

not sure try uninstalling it then try a file.

uninstalled Serviio. a little better but stutters after some time (I watched OFAH again and some DVD concerts). 720p.mp4 was not able to play, just black srceen and nothing happens.
