After 1.72 Update MKV files not recognized

I have scoured the forums, but no one is complaining about this problem. I started this software with 1.71 and I had some issues at first, lagging mkv files mostly and some lag on mp4 files, but the update took care of the mp4 lagging. Now I'm getting an unsupported data error on my mkv files. Plus I'm getting random 2006 errors as well when trying to connect to my folders via PMS and the occasional 80710723 error. I've installed this on my media server using remote host, details attached and so is my debug log. Any suggestions as to how to fix this will be appreciated. All my other files work, unless they are a mkv or m4v file. I've installed AVISynth, VLC and CCCP onto the computer hosting PMS as well, following other tutorials I've found online. I'm also having a problem with Unsupported data types. Mkv files included. Even random avi files. I've never had this problem before.
