PMS 1.72 runs without GUI after setting start minimised

Hi,

I am running the following:
MAC OSX 10.8.2
PMS 1.72

Recently after toggling setting "start minimized" to ON, my PMS runs without a GUI.

I have tried the following but to no avail, *pls help*:

1. changing line in PMS.CONF to "minimized = false"
2. deleting entire PMS.CONF file
3. deleting the entire package and reinstalling from DMG
4. deleting the entire package and reinstalling the prior version PMS 1.71

It does NOT work. My PMS still runs without a GUI.

And if changing PMS.conf doesn't work, you're not modifying the right file: FAQ: Where are the PMS config, log, database files etc. located?
