I found if the movie already has internal subtitle, PMS won't use SRT subtitle any more. It troubles me because sometimes I don't want the internal subtitle but want SRT subtitle.
Does anyone know how to manually select a subtitle if possible?

Use the #Transcode# folder. Check the FAQ or help documentation if you need more assistance.
