Issue with WMP and PS3MS

Postby daimetch » Tue Nov 20, 2012 4:51 pm

I've a PS3MS 1.72.0 installed on MacOSX Lion and I've 2 peripherics who access normally with no problem on my PMS shared Folders.

I can see on Status page of PMS that I've a WMP as Detected Media Renderer.
But, when I'm on my Windows 7 notebook (so WMP) and that I want to see my media, I can see the PMS server but I've a message who say : "no media" (or something like that in french ;-)) on WMP when I want to navigate on it.

So, Should I change something in the PMS configuration or in WMP configuration for having the possibility to watch the media on WMP?

Thx in advance.

RE sorry, you can close it : I found this reply on another topic :
Re: PMS not detected by Windows Media Player
WMP is not a valid renderer - http://www.ps3mediaserver.org/about/
Give XBMC a try.
