PS3 Media Connection not Working on Wired

Usually everything works fine for me, and now suddenly... not.

I am using the MI424WR-GEN2 router provided by Verison FIOS.

I've had this model and configuration for a couple of years now. My PC is connected over wifi and the PS3 is connected directly to the router (Ethernet). Not an ideal setup, but it's always worked. Usually the PS3 detects the Playstation Media Server along with three or four other Windows PCs on the network that run the generic Windows media service.

However, today the PS3 detects... nothing. No PSM, no WMP. Unless I switch the PS3 connection from Ethernet to wifi. I tried resetting the router to factory settings, and the problem persists.

Any idea how to fix this problem?
