(Newbie) How to use this program with Philips TV

I am a new user of this program
Step 1- download no problem
Step 2 - My TV (Philips 32PFL9705) is nicely recognised by the program (green icon) and Philips TV symbol at bottom of screen

But now, I have no idea how to start the streaming. My TV has a number of submnenu's (Watch TV, Open USB, Open PC, Open Net TV, Scenea, Other, DVD-player, Add other peripherals, Configuration), but none of these has options to select network nor do I seePS3mediaserver mentioned.

Please advise.
(I am probably just being very dumb, but .....)

A bit of Googling reveals that you should be able to open your PC on the TV:

For whatever reason: the PS3media server program must be started before the TV is switched on, otherwise it won't work
