I just wanna Watch justin.tv on my PS3, can the PMS help?

Noobie question i know, i was just looking all over the web for a simple answer and couldn't find one, so i though of asking here.

until an recent system update i could watch justin.tv streams on the ps3 browser, even when most people couldn't i could watch it through the embedded link. but now i can't, the stream doesn't start and the plug-in for it either.

i have the pms working on my ps3, and i downloaded the pmsencoder 1.6.1.jar

if anyone can help i would appreciate it. i am not tech wiz, so explain in simple terms.
