.TIF to .JPG transcoding

I like this software very much. I'm using v1.20.409 with my Panasonic GW20 using a specific config file. Results are great! Only thing I'm missing is conversion from other image file types (especially .TIF) to .JPG.

I think this is relevant for several non-PS3-renderers like Sony Bravia since they don't provide native support for .TIF files.

Would it be possible to provide such a feature in one of the next releases?

all my images are in 16 bit TIF or RAW (DNG).

is there a way to do it? at least for TIF files?

That's s the same problem I haven't fixed so far. I haven't found a solution neither with PSM nor with Windows Media Server or Serviio. So far, Mezzmo is the only DLNA-server I found, that is able to transcode TIF... for 30 USD. As my photo collection consists entirely of TIF-images, maybe I let the batch function of IrfanView run over each directory to create JPGs for tv-screen presentations.
