Audio and Video streams

I would like to watch the live stream from YouTube MakkahLive.

It works with PMSEncoder, youtube-dl and the following WEB.conf entry:

videostream.Web,YouTube=Makkah Live,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMgnsrJXTOc

You'll need to install the latest version of PMSEncoder, save youtube-dl.exe (direct link) to C:\Apps and add this to PMS.conf:

Last night I tested and figured out how to work with the WEB.conf and got it working!
Thank you very much for the videostream!! I will test it tonight.
The only thing is that with a lot of the streams i get 'data is corrupted'. You told some other posters that this is a known problem, but still do you have any suggestions?
I tried to attach my pms.conf and my web.conf but I am not allowed to do so.
So i uploaded them here:

Hey chocolateboy,
I tried to apply the Makkah Live stream but it did not work.
It just doesn't show up. I know it has something to do with my WEB.conf and/or PMS.conf.
This is the current setup:
pms.conf --> http://www.mediafire.com/?hd02if6541djt5a
web.conf --> http://www.mediafire.com/?3bh7bpytp3o02vb
I have the latest pmsencoder-1.5.15 and saved the youtube-dl.exe as directed and adjusted the pms conf.
Do i need to reinstall and start over?
If you have any suggestions please let me know.

If you want help with PMSEncoder, please read the documentation and post in the relevant thread (with the requested details). This thread is for streams.

Hello,

Still trying to find out if these streams work in either 1.6 o 1.7, or if the Mencoder issue prevents it.

If anyone has either of those streams going and you have a PS3 MS of 1.6 or after, can you please let me know your config (operating system, PMS version, PMSencoder version)? Thanks.
