1. VMWare ESXi 5 - Ubuntu 11.10 minimal with the PMS package (ps3mediaserver (1.51.0+git+mencoder34587-3) )
Has 1.5GB of RAM and a Core i5 2400
2. iPhone 4 with Airplay - The default Airplay.conf file
3. Everything except the phone is wired with gigabit-cables. The connection: iPhone [Wireless] <--->WNDR3700 Wireless (G) AP/Switch <--->PFSense router
4. I think it's TSMuxer (which is bolded in the settings) (all default)
5. Streaming is very laggy. I wanted to use PMS to transcode since the iphone cannot handle 720P/1080P on its own - and manually converting all the time is a pain. I have the feeling it's not transcoding but just streaming, since the system load stays very low as well, and I was told transcoding is quite resource-intensive.
6. Screenshot from when it is streaming/transcoding (with lag/stuttering, audio and video) --> http://i.imgur.com/LqpTv.png
