Badly Parsed flac files Ubuntu 12.04 happy-neko PMS

I am having trouble with badly parsed flac files as well as some .mp3 files. I am running ubuntu 12.04 with the happy neko PPA for version 1.51 PMS.

I cannot get PMS to transcode any flac files to either PS3 or my Dish Hopper, and a handful of mp3 files are also badly parsed. What info do I need to post to help solve this issue?
