I have been a user for a few months on a headless Ubuntu box in my house. I would just like to thank you for your great work in maintaining and updating this package. Kudos, good karma, and keep up the great work!

What package version have you installed (11.10, 12.04, ...)?

Why is 1.52.1 not in Launchpad yet? Don't want to install manually because it will kill future auto updates.

1.52.1 and 1.51 are almost identical. Unless you interested in specific feature / bugfix that was added in 1.52.1 there is no point in upgrading.
Delay is caused by my decision to move some code from linux patchset to PS3MS trunk to speed-up future linux releases.

Hi, I installed the server via the repository on a headless server Ubuntu 10.04. tried to edit /etc/default/ps3mediaserver according to the instruction. However it looks that the file is different - I can not find PMS_START, PMS_USER or PMS_PROFILE. Any suggestions, am I doing something wrong?

New init.d script is available only for 12.04 and 11.10. Earlier Ubuntu versions are no longer supported. I suggest you update server to 12.04 LTS.

Hello!
I was using your repository for quite some time ( 1 month ) flawlessly using Linux Mint 12
But today, with the release of the new Linux Mint 13, when I install everything goes fine, but when I launch it my desktop locks up ( freezes ) and have to restart my laptop.
Maybe its a problem on my end, or maybe there is some compatibility issues?
What would you suggest even though I resinstalled it quite a few times...
Thank you

EDIT: reinstalled java and it works great now, sorry for the trouble if any
