By the way I installed your binaries and they work great, except tsMuxer that complaints it can't load the correct version of libpthread.so.0
Any idea?

Usually libpthread.so is in libc6 package. What OS is installed on you server?

I think /Applications/PS3 Media Server.app/Contents/Resources/Java/PMS.conf
