Hebrew translation to PMS

Layout support for right-to-left languages committed.

The layout isn't perfect yet; pulldown menus and separators still align to the left. This is the (faulty) default behavior of the JComponents and complex to fix.

Also, when you select the transcoding tab and stretch the width of the PMS window, the tab contents do not always stretch with it and white canvas appears on the left side. This is different from the left-to-right behavior. When selecting a different encoder, the layout resets and the contents stretch again until you make the PMS window too small. I could not discover why this happens.

These minor visual gripes aside the right-to-left layout appears to work very well.

I have added a concept translation to Arabic, which will need some work from people who can actually read that language.
Feel free to submit a messages_ar.properties with better translations.

Yep, but it needed a small fix: the official langage code for Hebrew is "iw", not "he".

What i mean is the translated "Detected media renderers" for instance should be RTL, so does Status.

this goes for every page.

is that possible?

Sorry, that is not possible. As I wrote above, separators like "Detected media renderers" and pulldown menus still align to the left. It is how the library that constructs these separators and menus works, it doesn't listen to the changed locale.

Sure! Feel free to build the current snapshot, or go to the Jenkins server and download the latest pms.jar from the "pms (trunk) > Workspace > target" directory.

Ive made some minor changes..

Mainly to counter the ltr inside pulldown menus.. this means that if by any way, one day someone will fix the dropdown menus to the correct way (rtl) they will look wrong

Anyway I am now very pleased with the end result!
