Restart Server Forces New Subtitle Recognition

I will watch a show in Folder A, for example, so PMS has read the contents of the folder and determined which files have external subtitles. I then find that the next episode had been subtitled and download the new subtitle into Folder A. However, exiting the folder and re-entering will not force PMS to recognize the existance of the new external subtitle. Even the "Restart Server" button won't do it. The only way is to completely quit PMS and restart. Can the "Restart Server" button be configured to force recognition of new external subtitles as well?

And is it possible to have 2 "Alternative Subtitle" locations, perhaps separated by commas or semicolons? I realize this isn't MPC-HC, but I use that alot so my HD and DVD subtitle structure is based on that.
