Your quest is basically to find out which program is already using the same address and port, and then terminate that program.

Since you're on OSX, quit PMS and then check if PMS isn't accidentally still running in the background. Sometimes it doesn't terminate properly.
Check this by opening a Terminal and running the following command:

Code: Select all
ps auxwww | grep PS3

This command should only return one line (grep PS3). If other lines are returned, single out the process id (the first number on the line, e.g. 54321) and kill that process by executing this command:

Code: Select all
kill -9 54321

Do this for every process that should not be running. Double check if it worked by executing the ps command again, this time exactly one line should be returned.

I hope that solves your problem.

There's your problem right there:

Code: Select all
iMac-di-ikaroweb:~ ikaroweb$ ps auxwww | grep PS3
ikaroweb   265   0,0  2,2  4429196 282376   ??  S     8:13am   0:29.42 /Applications/PS3 Media Server.app/Contents/MacOS/JavaApplicationStub -psn_0_69649
ikaroweb   628   0,0  0,0  2435548    308 s000  U+    1:51pm   0:00.00 grep PS3

Process 265 is still running and has not been terminated properly. You need to kill it manually:

Code: Select all
kill -9 265

Code: Select all
kill -9 265

i've killed the process and reopen the app, but i've the same log error.

Then I revert to my previous comment: you need to find which program is occupying the port and kill that.
Can't help much more than that, sorry.
