I've been suffering this error. Everything else about PMS for Mac OSX is easy, brilliant, wonderful, innovative, but streaming radio is the last and only hurdle that is niggling. For days I have studied this site over and tried to figure out everything, and I have figured everything aside from this ...
Using OSX LION, the latest PMS, PS3 4.11, VLC 0.9.8, MPlayer MacOSX (I assume this matters?)
I have moved the WEB.conf file over to the user Library folder, edited it, it works for most everything and shows changes.
I have moved VLC upward in the Web Audio Streaming Engines stack, since it plays all these streams in VLC without ANY problem.
All engines are active.
But on the PS3 it shows the stations I have entered as well as the logos I entered, but when trying to play--DATA NOT SUPPORTRED.
Then the station and logo disappear to merely say DATA NOT SUPPORTED.
Using MPLAYER WEB activated and top, 3 of these 4 stations play. The 3rd, High Desert Radio, will not play with any streaming engine despite playing in VLC player on the Mac.
Here is a list of stations I have entered in WEB.conf :

Am I formatting wrong? Is there some setting I am missing? This is probably some simple oversight, but I have done dozens of fixes and fiddlings and can't get it working. Help?
EDIT: FIXED IT. I just eliminated the .m3u from the stream URL and it works. SORRY FOR THE THREAD, but maybe it will help others in the future.
