PS3 Media Server

I have tried several times over the last years to get web streaming working with no joy, i have a Mac running OS 10.6.8 PSM 1.50.1, i have installed the plugin psmencoder, all i get is "corrupt data" error message when trying to play any of the links. here is the debug log etc.

Troubleshooting

Make sure pmsencoder is still first in the engines list.

Hey sorry must of saved that PMS.conf file before i changed it, so it has always been set up as per the instructions with the pmsencoder engine at the beginning of list and has never worked. still getting corrupt data

Right, I do not see a reason why it should not be used. Can I disable all other engines and have only pmsengine on? Would it work under normal circumstances?

The file I downloaded was not a JAR but github page as I used wget/curl to get it

Downloaded the right JAR and all is fine!
