I am playing with pms for quite a while on linux (headless) with a ps3 now. Great software. Thankyou !!!
I had some trouble when using the #--TRANSCODE--# option for mkv and m4v files.
a) when transcoding m4v audio tracks a subsequent mencoder call has an off-by-one error on the mencoder "-aid" option. The selected audio track is always one too high.
b) the same works fine with mkv files, but here the ps3 shows all audio tracks as "english".
I am not really deep into the code, so I am at a loss with finding a fix for the moment. Just wanted to bring it up.
It really would be great if somebody could fix this.
Please tell me If I can help with more information on that issue.
