Don't forget that the clean is needed in case you want to force the download of the binaries. You may want to do this when, for example, the menconder is updated.

In other words: use "usetimestamp" instead of "skipexisting".

Sorry for such a noob question, but why are my git builds larger than my SVN builds? I have even tried building using both methods/repositories after SubJunk sync'd them completely up. The git builds seem to be appx 2 MB larger.

I'm just trying to understand. No flaming please.

Good question. The packaged files and binaries should be the same, so there is probably a difference in the size of pms.jar.
Since .jar files can be unzipped you could open them and see if there's a difference inside. They should be virtually the same.
