Java code for adjusting A/V Sync

Hi,

I've managed to cut and paste the example code given in PMS to speed up 24 frame material to 25 for a PAL environment, and that works well.

But can anyone show me exactly what Java code to type to correct a small lip sync error I am getting? Audio is late, by around 2 or 3 frames.

I'd love to be able to correct this so A/V is back in sync.
