Hello,

I've reviewed the German translation and edited a few things:

- Added missing translations
- Deleted obsolete translations (key no longer exists in english property file)
- Tried to shorten translations that have been to long for the user interface
- Changed some minor things like punctuation, unneeded spaces, typos..
- Changed some translations (I guess <5 translations affected)

I'd like to get some feedback from other German users about my changes (for example from otmanix who already put a lot of work in it).. Anybody?

However, I'm not exactly sure how to put these translations into the message_ru.properties file. Examine it and you'll see what I mean.
