TranscodeFastStart option added to gui

when updating my pms i have to install then copy my renderer files the only change i make is TranscodeFastStart=true its better to wait 3 seconds then 12 for transcoding to start, what would be nice is a option in transcode settings to tick it so i dont have to keep copying my renderer files im sure alot of ppl dont even know this can be done since its very hard to find documentation about it unless u browse the ps3.conf and find it in there.. its a great setting im sure alot of ppl would use if it was in the gui. thoughts?
