These streams require a) PMSEncoder >= 1.5.2 b) rtmpdump to be installed and rtmpdump.path to be defined in PMS.conf (make sure the backslashes are doubled on Windows) c) the latest version of PMS.

Is there anyway you can give me instructions on how to set it up on a headless ubuntu lucid server? It is a pure server (only cli).

i'm a big fan of somafm (http://www.somafm), particularly their groove salad station. is there a plugin that would allow me to stream groove salad over ps3mediaserver? also, i love pandora and would like to do the same. noob here btw, so go easy.

Pmsencoder. Just search the forum on soma should work almost out of the box

Ok, I am going out of my mind trying to get this to work right. I have followed all instructions correctly and have added tons of feeds and they mostly all play...with the exception of audio. I only get video to play but no accompanying audio. I have made sure to make the MPlayer Web the Web Audio Streaming Engine. I have tried both actually, but its currently set to MPlayer Web. I have messed around with all of the transcoding settings. I have searched the forum and other sources on the web and I just cant figure it out. I am streaming to the PS3 and my Sharp Aquos TV. Both devices find the streams just fine and play them...just no audio. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Setup:
PS3 is running through a Denon AVR. When the streams start, the input channels drops to 0, but as soon as I exit the stream it jumps back to 7 channels. It has auto-sensing for the number of input channels.
The Sharp TV does not have ARC enabled, so audio is going straight through the set speakers.

I am running PS3MS version 1.50.1-SB58. I have also run the normal latest build and the SHB. psmencoder is active.
