Playback Problems With DVD ISO Or VIDEO_TS Folder Contents

Hi,
i got some problems watching the content of DVD ISOs or VIDEO_TS folders: the video playback stutters slightly every second and the audio gets out of sync very quickly. This happens only with DVD content. MKV h264 files are playing fine (without using tsMuxer), so that can't be a problem with either network or cpu..
I tried unchecking the "Remux DVD ISO video track" option, but no effect.

Has anyone the same problems or a solution for this?

I have exactly the same problem with the dvd iso with pms 1.30.1:

(a) dvd iso: the audio (AC3) is always some seconds behind. If the audio of the dvd iso is DTS it is synchron.
(b) all other video files (mpg, etc) the a/v is synchron.
(c) I reinstalled the 1.20.409 beta, the a/v of dvd iso is synchron

I'm new to all this but I'm having the exact same troubles right off the bat. I've played other file types okay but not these.

On a side note, if the ISO has multiple titles for making a DVD, can you queue them somehow to play the whole thing straight through?

Dear all

I have also the same problem with VIDEO_TS. AC3 is not synchron, 2 channel audio is synchron.
Is there a setting to fix this (time shift setting).

Dear all

I have added an Issue on the Google coding page. The issue is currently adressed. They want to add static linked binaries for Linux OS as for MacOSX to avoid the ongoing compatibility problems with the transcoding.
So I hope, this will be fixed in the next release.

The Issue has been answered. They plan to add static binaries for the encoders in the future as for MacOSX so this compatibility problems will disappear.

Still with the new release, there are no static binaries offered for Linux. Has anyone the necessary binaries running under linux without delay? Is it possible to get these?
