Audio Sync [SOLVED]

I have a few mkv files where the audio will just not sync up. When I was running mediatomb there was a way in my transcoding script i could add options for ffmpeg (one being -async) which fixed the problem before. Is there a way to add an option like this to advanced options or something? basically it just did an audio sync for so many samples per second so I typically set it to 2 and on these mkv's they would sound normal. Just not sure how to do it with PSM

upgraded distro and ffmpeg and everything is magical and happy

For future reference could you mention which distro you upgraded from and to.
