I've already done that :P If you are building from svn, you can test it now with the latest revision (works great for me).

I still need to add a flac build though.

thinking of something, maybe the mkfifo errors will appear again, as we can't use the same trick done with mencoder

At first I was really disappointed, still using Mencoder. I then used the #Transcode# folder and selected tsmuxer directly and it worked like a charm, so I went into PMS.conf and changed the order so that tsmuxer came first in the list and bingo.

Yes, mencoder will stay the default as on the other platforms (although some automatic checking is done when tsmuxer might be a better match). You can change the order in the GUI as well.

For the automatic switch, you need to remove the !Platform.isMac() check on line 968 of MEncoderVideo

This is great i can now remove windows from my mac :)

Faye Were did you find PMS.conf?

Cant seem to find it any were with spotlight
