I made a SharkHunter Build which should eliminate all the problems you might find when youtry to install PMS,Channels etc.
See this thread and give feedback viewtopic.php?f=14&t=10854

SHB2 will be out during the weekend which solves most of the issuses listed in the thread.

Navi-x data is corrupt

Postby Deadringer » Tue Jun 21, 2011 5:11 am

I have installed build 10 of the shark hunter PMS and attempting to play videos from the channel results in data is corrupted errors on my PS3. Is there something obvious I am missing? I have searched this forum and the Internet and have have been able to find a fix.

This product is incredible and I want to thank everyone involved in developing it. Being able to use navi without having a laptop hooked up to my tv would be a huge help.

Thanks

Start with finding the debug logs and upload them (use the DbgPacker).

Hi SharkHunter,

I have just stumbled across this build of PMS you have made and am very excited to see Navi-X on it, i have the same problem as the previous poster......all Navi-X movies say "The data is corrupted"

I would appreciate your help on fixing this matter please?

I am trying to upload my debug log here but i am getting a message saying "The extension is not allowed"

Shall i just copy and paste the debug log here?

Cheers.

Think i may have posted in the wrong thread

Use the debug packer to create a pms_dbg.zip and upload it here.

You must perform some browsing on NaviX. To use the DbgPacker click the General config tab and the DbgPacker and then the pack button. You'll get a file called pms_dbg.zip in the same dir as your debug.log is placed. If this fails add debug.log,pmsencoder.log (placed in the same dir) and extras\channels\channel.log in a zip/rar file and upload. Browse around on more than one stream type on NaviX.

Hi,

I have located the Zip and have uploaded it for you.

I can play Youtube clips from the web folder but nothing works in the channels folder, i have tried all the transcode settings and always get data corrupted.

Appreciate your time.

Do you have two "tv_plug.jar" in your plugins dir? It seems like it. Pls remove on and retry (and upload the new log). Also remove the old logs before (from here that is since there are space limits on the forum).
