SharkHunter Build 43 (Update 12-04-29)

The icon on the desktop runs a hardweird build with has a built in Xmx value that can only be modified by a new build. This is a trade off. If the value is to large then it won't start on some system. Setting it to low some streams will not play. I increased it in the exe since a lot of streams failed on 768M (for me) but then it doesn't start on some systems. What is the maximum it starts at for you? We can use that as the max.

Using the bat.file it opens with the default 768M.

But I can not open it with the desktop icon at all no matter how much a change the Xmx value.

Am I explaining this right?

New version out. Synch with dev branch otherwise not that big change. Except a try at fixing this memory stuff in a nicer way. When isnatlling you'll get an extra screen now which asks you for the amount of memory you wish to use. If you don't have any idea just click next. If PMS won't start try running the installer again and then lower the figure here (768 is the default). If you get "juming" streams then you should do the opposite and increase this number.
I run with 1536. Otherwise just small updates to channel files and plugins.

Hi!
I got one question about channel plugin.
I got it all installed correct ( I'm using SharkHunter Build) and I'm watching an SVT-show "Djursjukhuset".
I get both sound and picture BUT the show is stuttering all the time, every 7 seconds or so.
(I´m not using wireless network!)
I wondering if I can change some settings so this annoying problem disapear!!??
I think you could see something strange in the debug-file!

I get an error every time I'm trying to install the bundle, it won't install the file MediaInfo.dll. I don't know if that's why but none of the TV applications won't start. For instance every programme I try to start in Svtplay I get the message of "skadad data".

Have you stopped the running PMS? Before installing make sure PMS is completly killed.
