Thank you very very much, SharkHunter. Yes, you're right, there are some issues left but perhaps there is someone else who could continue the work on the ARD and ZDF scripts?
For example adding a A-Z folder were appreciated. Also a identication which bitrate the entries have.
My knowledge of Regexp. is too small to change something. So, is there ideally a german speaking guy who could continue it?

Hey, I have successfully added the plugin and the channel files, but I am at a loss at using the groovy scripts and getting it to play pplive. I have been searching for a tutorial on this but have had no luck. Is there a quick set of instructions you can give me? Am running Windoes 7 x64. Thanks!

Hi all again,

I've once agin updated the Channels plugin. This time with support for sites with images (set format=iamge) and then for sites that you need to login to. Currently you can only login to sites with
images on them. Contained as a channel proving the concept is Picasa.

In order to able to log on to a site you must make a file which ends with ".cred" in the SAME dir as the .ch files.
There add a line per site you need to log on to of the format:
channel.<name>=<user>,pwd
Example
channel.Picasa=xxxx,yyyy

read here https://github.com/chocolateboy/pmsenco ... nf-options (that is make a dir dump all your groovy files there, and add that to the PMS.conf)
Then modify the PPLive script to the so that the PATH to the PPLive.exe matches your system.

Edit. Fetch from Github https://github.com/downloads/SharkHunte ... v_plug.jar

Hi there,

This is a small bug fix version of the Channelplugin. I've added an A-Z folder for ARD (that was the bug) so now you germans can browse that one easier...

Hi again,

Time for a new version. Fixed static folders (which never worked, but was never used in my sample channels).

I've added IceFilms as a channel. The version published is "complete" and handles both movies and TV shows (not only popular but also A-Z).

From now on I publish the stuff on github. You need to fetch the channels manually from https://github.com/SharkHunter/Channel/ ... r/channels

This is the plugin https://github.com/downloads/SharkHunte ... v_plug.jar

Hello guys!
I recently discovered PMS and first of all thanks for the great work on this project!
I use version 1.21.0 r467 (provided by otmantix >>http://otmanix.de/2011/01/27/ps3-media-server-1-21-0-r467/<<) on an intel core duo with 2,4 ghz, 4 gb ram and win vista 32 bit, Sp2. Ps3 and pc are connected via a wireless lan router
I successfully installed the pmsencoder 1.3.0x, the channel plugin and the .groovy files in the directory /pmsencoder/ of the installation directory of pms. The scrips are being loaded correctly as i can see in the log file. I use the channels ard, zdf, myp2p and icefilms. Unfortunately except for zdf (which works great) and ard (which in some cases works in others not) none of the others is working and i retrieve the message of corrupt data when i try to access their streams from my ps3. In case of icefilms i can see the folders but there are no streamable contents found in them.
Can you please help me to solve this problem? Thanks!

hi,

1st you'll need the sopcast groovy script.
2nd the pmsencoder log would be nice. If you taken icefilms just now that might not work. Wiat for the next release.
