Most of the issues/feature requests you mention are discussed at length either on this forum, on the issue tracker, or both. Feel free to list things that have, in your opinion, changed for the worse (or better) between the last beta and the unstable (and out-of-date) snapshot you evaluated, but I, for one, can't help unless you limit your list to specific (and reproducible) regressions (i.e. things that worked in r412 that don't work in the latest revision).

Hallo mazey,
I found time to test your conf file. Thank you, but sorry it doesn't really made some improvement:
The mpg files are now played, see below the media info description. But the sound is not synchronised, the video stops and the sound is continuing.
The mov file is still not played.
There was a scratch with the iso file.
The file testtiff.tif is recognized as picture, but is is not displayed.

Let me know if you need more info in order to tune the conf file!!

Hi chocolateboy,
Thank you for your quick feedback.
Sorry for my tests and feedbacks, but based on the change log, I can't not really see what was changed (except changes in the UI) and how to test / retest the changes made between the releases. It remains something too technical and PS3 specific.
The problems I mentioned are reproducible every time and are the troubles I still have and that are the main problems I have to deal with on a daily basis with the Bravia. UI issues have to be fixed ok, but it is cosmetic compared to the fact that wav files are not played.
Does it mean that the troubles have to be reported in the issue tracker to be considered and fixed?

127.0.0.1 = localhost = your own PC
Is there a stream available on ypour on PC?
I provide NO application support via PM, so please post your question to the forum.

Hello Mazey,
the files are not corrupted: they are working perfectly using the USB stick and on the TV using the following parameters:
--> TranscodeVideo=MPEGTSAC3
instead of TranscodeVideo=MPEGAC3

--> TranscodeExtensions=mpg....
add "mpg" in TranscodeExtensions

MediaInfo=false

I retested with 1.21.0-SB13 with those corrections and both videos are played correctly: the sound is synchron with the image and the video plays until the normal end of the file.
Thanks
