Subtitles stopped working

I have some subtitles problems since the new version.
At this moment, I cannot play any videofile with subtitles (.avi with .srt / .mkv with .srt / .mkv with subs).
The PS3 says that subtitles are available, but when playing the file the PS3 doesn't show them.
It worked yesterday, and that's when I installed the new version, but it worked. Even with the new version. Now one day later, it doesn't work anymore.
I really have no clue what went wrong.

This is the configuration I have:
MEncoder
- ASS/SSA subs ON
- Fontconfig ON
- Use ASS default OFF
- ASS fontconfig: Font scale: 3.0 / 1 / 1 / 20

I have this problem only on Battlestar Galactica 720p, I have to take v1.00 of PMS. But for everything else it works. Do you have this problem for any video ?

Yeah, I have it on every video.
I just installed 1.03, and the subtitles work again. I think something is wrong with PMS 1.04.

did you installed something else at that time ? (a video game for example)
