Need HELP with setting up on iMac OS 10.5.6

I tried a lot of things, but impossible to detect my imac from ps3. Let us describe what I've done:

I've a ps3, an imac and a PC in a local network. All computers are connected to internet via Wireless (us Robotics router)
ps3mediaserver detect the ps3, but not the contrary:

1. It is apparently not a problem of my router because the ps3 detect my pc with the windows version of ps3mediaserver
2. I forced the network interface to en1 that is effectively the imac airport
3. I forced the server ip with the ip of the imac
4. I verified that the os x firewall is disabled
5. I forced server port to another one (25000)

ps3mediaserver detect the ps3

In the debug.log there is this lines:

Somebody have the solution ? Could I made other test to find the problem ?

Hi there!

I was having the same problems as you, but try this:

Tab = General Configuration

Force networking on interface - en1
Force IP of the server - (your iMac's IP address) Example: 192.168.X.XX

Don't change any of the other settings (port forcing disabled my Media Server funnily enough).

I learned my problem ended up being between my wireless router and PS3. I did the en1 setting. I found my solution is to shut down all computers on my router except for my imac. Now I have no problems with the media server finding my PS3.
