That's weird. It's showing properly for me on OSX. Anybody else who can test this?

Doesn't it related to the code page issue, do the translation text need unicode or ANSI ? Since I am using English version of Windows, normally unicode software can display other language other than English. It seems that English XP cannot display Asian Text in PS3 MS , or it related to the Java program ??

I doubt it's related to Java as it's showing for me so it's probably an XP issue as you said. Not sure what can be done about this, try installing asian language/font support?

Do you have access to a Chinese version of Windows?

It's related to Java... by default, on an occidental Windows, java use a font who doesn't have all unicode symbols
I have to force a fixed one in the code, to switch to a font who supports unicode symbols (that's what I've done for testing Japanese)
I can update the soft to use that font if japanese or chinese are selected
