Thanks for that 411 new beta link...I'll try this.

Thanks, but for me its not a good candidate, for exemple
MediaInfo=true so TranscodeExtensions= line is ignored.

On conf file you can find:
# [Supported image formats]
Supported = f:jpg m:image/jpeg
Supported = f:png m:image/png
Supported = f:gif m:image/gif
Supported = f:tiff m:image/tiff

But only jpg format is supported by Sony Bravia TV, you may have only
# [Supported image formats]
Supported = f:jpg m:image/jpeg

How can I get information about the supported video and audio files of my Bravia TV?
Is there a tool which I can execute from Windows?

See the first post of this topic, on GetProtocolInfo sink, list all DLNA profile supported by Bravia TV.

What do you want to do with this Windows tool?
To read the GetProtocolInfo sink, you can use that:

- Install Intel UPnP tools
- run Device Spy
- It should list all your UPnP device and among them yout device (eg TV, console, etc)
- Expand the device's tree and find service: urn:upnp-org:serviceId:ConnectionManager:1
- Expand that and double click on GetProtocolInfo(...).
- Click on Invoke and the result is in field Sink.

Your Bravia EX505 supports same profile of EX500, 2010 models with same firmware are listed in the first post of this topic.

New firmware version for your BRAVIA TV set firmware to version PKG4.077EUL-0108, and provides the following benefits:
Improve performance & stability of IPTV features.

Thank you. I have this firmware for about 3 weeks because I switched on the automatic update function on the TV via satellite.
With your conf-File, the issue I described on this post is partly solved.
The TV plays now these files but it is very slow and sound is stuttering.
Has you any idea or hint to accelerate or solve it?

brotherjohn wrote:I want to watch ARD/ZDF Mediathek on my Bravia EX505 via PS3MS and I found this program:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/ps3mediathek/forums

I installed it and I have downloaded the links which were then in my WEB.conf file. But it doesn't work.
Every entry I clicked on, I see only a black screen and nothing happens.
Does anyone use this program or has another idea to integrate the Mediathek into PS3MS?

funktioniert schon lange nicht mehr wg Änderungen beim ZDF die das unmöglich machen....
