WDTV Live Unable to stream h.264 encoded m2ts

I am not able to stream h.264 encoded (1080P) video from PS3MediaServer to a WDTV Live. I can transcode the video (becomes choppy after 90 seconds, and I can stream directly from the SMB share (works perfectly), but when I try to stream from PS3 Media server, I get the "Unable to play the selected file..." message. Streaming is not a problem with my PS3 and Boxee box, I am puzzled why this is happening with the WDTV.

PS3 Media Server:
Intel Dual Core Duo 1.8
2GB Ram
Ubuntu Lucid 64bit server (headless, no GUI)
